At Inky Larks we run magical picturebook retreats, where we turn sparks of inspiration and sketches into a fully developed, beautiful stories – ready to be sent out to agents and publishers.

Here you have the caring support of authors and illustrators who’ve won awards, published all over the world and taught at the highest levels.
Thanks to their personalised feedback and guidance, you’ll hone your craft and develop your story into a professional dummy book.
To top it all, at Inky Larks you join a loving and creative band of friends to turn to – even after the retreat is over!
